For hockey skills coaches

Run your hockey-development business

Your own coach page, programs parents register for themselves, and a way to show every family exactly what their player is improving.

Private by default. Parent-controlled sharing. Delete anytime. No public profile unless you choose.

Your own coach site

A page parents can actually book from.

Your bio, your credentials, your clinics, your testimonials — on a page you send to a parent instead of a text thread. Live in minutes, no website to build.

The clinics section of a coach site, listing sessions with dates, prices and a register button.
Your clinics, listed and bookable.
  • Your credentials and playing history, stated once.
  • Every clinic you run, with dates, spots left and price.
  • Testimonials from the families you already coach.
  • One link for Instagram, a team email, or a rink noticeboard.

Programs & registration

Parents sign themselves up.

Send one link. They fill in the player, sign the waiver, and take a spot — without a spreadsheet, a group chat, or you retyping anything.

A live program registration page, exactly as a parent sees it.

Waivers signed at signup

Your waiver text or PDF, e-signed as part of registration. Stored against the enrollment.

Capacity and waitlists

Cap skaters and goalies separately. When it fills, the next family is offered the spot automatically.

Payments tracked

Take card payments, or collect by e-transfer and mark each one received. Either way you can see who has paid.

Practice planner

56 drills, filtered to the ice you booked.

Filter by age, category, space and length, then build a session with a running time total. Diagrams and coaching cues on every drill, readable on the bench.

Every filter is a real facet on the library — age, category, space, length.

Development you can show

The answer to “is it working?”

The question every family asks in February about the money they spent in September. Answer it with a record instead of a reassurance.

A RinkIQ Development Passport: a player's scores over the season with progress charts, badges and coach notes on one shareable page.

Assignments

Send a drill or a Hockey IQ set home between sessions, and see who actually did it.

Progress notes

Private evaluation notes per player, and the ones you choose to feature on their passport.

Parent summaries

A short progress email to every family, written from what you already recorded.

Privacy First

Your kid's data is yours.

Nothing is public by default. Not the stats, not the videos, not the AI reports. Parents choose exactly what to publish when sharing a profile link with coaches or scouts. Everything else stays private.

Player profiles are private by default. A profile only appears publicly or in search engines if a parent chooses to publish it.

Also Included

Team tools, built around development.

Development is the point — but RinkIQ still replaces the group text, the shared calendar, and the fee spreadsheet.

Scheduling & RSVPs
Games, practices, tournaments — recurring events set up once, RSVPs tracked automatically.
Team posts & messaging
Announcements, pre-game plans, and video notes to the whole team or one player.
Fee collection
Manual invoicing for team and program fees — no more chasing e-transfers by text.
Team manager roles
Promote trusted parents to help with logistics without handing over full control.
Rink locations & maps
Address and arrival time on every event — tap for directions.
Reply controls
Turn replies on or off per post so team chat doesn't turn into noise.

For parents

Not a coach? There's a version for you.

Film 15 seconds of your player and get a technique score with three specific corrections back — then watch the number move across a season in a Development Passport your family controls.
