The parts that usually go wrong
- Waivers signed at signup — your own text or PDF, e-signed as part of registering and stored against the enrollment, not chased afterwards.
- Skater and goalie capacity counted separately, because being full on goalies is not being full.
- Waitlists that hold a place: when someone drops, the next family is offered the spot and the offer expires on its own.
- Emergency contact, birth year, position and jersey size collected once, in the fields you choose.
- Installment plans for a program a family pays off across a season.
Nobody loses a spot to a double-click
Capacity is enforced inside a database lock at the moment a place is taken, not checked before and hoped for after. Two parents registering the last spot at the same second get one confirmation and one waitlist offer, not two confirmations and an awkward email from you.
Money, both ways
Collect manually — e-transfer, cash, anything — and mark each payment received. We take nothing on those, on any plan. Or turn on card payments and parents pay at registration: RinkIQ takes 2% per transaction, Stripe charges their own processing fee, and the money goes to your account, not ours.
Payments securely processed by Stripe. RinkIQ never sees or stores your card details.
Free covers 1 program and 1 event, with unlimited registrations into them and manual fee collection. Card payments and more than one program need RinkIQ Pro.
